Summer's here and the time is right...for eating in the streets? Well, almost...could be at Newton selected town parks and the pool by the 4th of July! Mmmm...I can smell the barbecue, empanadas, lobster rolls and other guilty food pleasures that reminds us of the hottest time of the year.
