A 39 year old gym, health and driver's education teacher at Walkill Valley Regional High School, John McCabe, has reportedly had his teacher's license revoked after witnesses say he was masturbating in public. McCabe had already been convicted in 2015 after a police officer saw him touching himself in public. An administrative law judge recommended a suspended license of three years, but The State Board Of Examiners in New Jersey voted to revoke his teacher's license entirely. This might raise questions on how this incident somehow slipped through during his criminal background check. This situation is probably pretty frightening to parents in Sussex County and beyond.
