Sparta makes this list on most educated towns in New Jersey, which is based on the percentage of residents who are over 25 years old and have a bachelor's degree. This ranking list is from NJ.com and the 2017 American Community Survey by The Census Bureau. Sparta coming in at #20, is representing Sussex County well! You can see the rankings in their entirety here. Apparently New Jersey is 7th in our nation when it comes to percentage of people over 25 having a bachelor's degree, more than 23%.

People who like spicy foods are more adventurous? I LOVE spicy hot buffalo wings. LOVE them. I don't think of myself as adventurous, but last week alone with my aerial yoga and skiing Facebook Live videos, perhaps I'm getting better. We who love spicy foods are apparently more likely to have skydived, which is true in my case. You can see the statistics and science behind this here.
