Barkley has been rescued and is now residing with my friends at Father John's Animal House in Sparta / Lafayette near Route 15. I want to help Barkley find his new Furever Family in the worst way. Barkley is a 6 year old fox hound mix, who loves all people and other dogs too. This guy just loves EVERYONE! He's always leading with his nose, looking for new friends to kiss. He even kissed our phone while we were doing our Facebook Live Behind The Scenes video! Barkley's owner is in the military and had to be deployed. Unfortunately, the family was unable to care for him and took Barkley to a local vet to have him put down. THANK GOODNESS the Vet turned them down and said no way!
