We're Losing Sleep Due To Binge Watching?

Wow. American Academy Of Sleep Medicine says that 88% of us are losing sleep due to binge watching shows on television / streaming services. I'm in the minority on this one! However I am definitely in the 60% of us who lose sleep due to watching sports on television. My Patriots on primetime makes me very sleepy the next day, especially after a loss!
