Coronavirus Update: N.J. N.Y. Pa. April 3 2020

Cases of coronavirus continued to increase in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania yesterday. The Sussex County Health Department reported 20 new cases yesterday. Less than the 28 new cases reported on Wednesday. No new deaths were reported by the Sussex County Health Department yesterday. New Jersey now has over 25,000 cases of coronavirus with 537 deaths statewide. The state health department reported almost half of all coronavirus deaths have been people over 80 year old. In New York Governor Cuomo announced there are now over 92,000 cases of coronavirus. Over 2,400 New Yorkers have died. Yesterday Attorney General William Barr announced 192,000 N95 masks seized from a hoarder by the Justice Department would be heading to New Jersey. Several days after Governor Wolfe announced a statewide "Stay at Home" order coronavirus cases in Pennsylvania rose to over 7,000. So far 90 people in Pennsylvania have died.
