It's hard to believe Easter came so fast. I'm so grateful to have two wonderful grand children to brighten what would otherwise be days filled with worry. My daughter Kim has been doing a great job keeping the rest of the family positive. While I planned a nice Easter meal. The Easter outfits Kim picked out for Gracie and Christopher were adorable. Gracie got a nice Easter Basket with a few toys but not too much chocolate or candy. She did share a few jelly beans with grandpa. Both of my sons stopped by to see us with their girlfriends on Easter too. That was great. Cooking is therapeutic for me. On Saturday I made sausage peppers and onions. For Easter I made a nice rib roast. All I do is spread salt, pepper and burger seasoning on the roast. Then let it slow cook for 4 hours. I watched more Netflix too. My cousin recommended the movie "Molly's Game" and we continued to watch "Ozark." So far my favorite Netflix show is still "The Ranch." One more thing. I soundly defeated Steve Allan in the WSUS Facebook poll. More of you would rather be quarantined with me. I think it's because I'm a better cook!
