High Point goes 2 weeks all remote as Frankford reopens

As High Point High School begins two weeks of all remote learning. Students are returning to their classrooms at the Frankford Township School. Vernon, Kittatinny and Pope John High Schools have reported positive cases recently. All three will continue with in class learning this week. New Jersey Health Department rules mandate that schools with two unrelated cases of Covid-19 switch to all remote learning. In Vernon one student at Lounsberry Hollow school and two related students at Vernon Township High School have tested positive. So in person learning can continue. On Friday school officials from Kittatinny and Pope John High Schools confirmed one student at each school has tested positive. Sparta Schools have not started in person learning. However, three Sparta High School students on the football team and cheerleading team have tested positive. So all athletic activities have been suspended through October 5th.
