Weekends in May are usually very busy if you own a home. There are things you want to do and buy to make your home nicer. As well as many things you have to do to get the outside of your home ready for summer. This weekend both came together for me. Saturday morning I was at our WSUS I Heart Radio Home and Garden Show at the Sussex County Fairgrounds. It was great to see everyone in person again. Steve Allan and I made a hilarious video with Jan from Ideal Farm and Garden while we were there. Check it out on our WSUS Facebook page. I left our home and garden show at 12 noon because I had a lot to do things in my own home and garden. With the help of Kim's boyfriend I got the rest of the vegetables and flowers planted, uncovered the pool and power washed the decks. Even after 3 feet of snow feel on it. The pool cover kept the pool water clean. We took Gracie and Christopher out shopping for clothes. As you can see from the pictures. Both of them love going to the store. In the kitchen I tried to make something new. Instead of Boboli Pizza I tried grilled cheese and bacon on a Boboli. I loved the way they came out. Next time I'm going to add sliced tomato.
