Chad Hines of Wantage is facing very serious charges as a result of a tragic accident on Route 3 in Clifton last year. The Passaic County Prosecutors Office says Hines blood tested positive for morphine, Xanax, cocaine and heroin just after the crash that killed 1 year old Jaelynn Yarrish last August. Hines was driving a large dump truck when he crashed into a Honda Civic. The infant was in her car seat in the back of the vehicle when she was killed. Her mother was seriously injured. A grand jury has charged Hines with first degree aggravated manslaughter and second degree death by auto.
