I saw Elton John in concert more than 30 years ago at Madison Square Garden. He performed at Bethel Woods about 10 years ago. Next year's "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" Farewell Tour might be the last time we get a chance to see one of music's most iconic stars here in New Jersey. Yesterday Elton announced one of the stops on his last tour will be at Met Life Stadium Saturday July 23rd 2022. Tickets go on sale June 30th of this year at Ticketmaster. Elton will also be performing at The Prudential Center on February 25th 2022 to make up a postponed concert from last year. His farewell tour will include Europe, North America, New Zealand and Australia. He plans to be on the road well into 2023. My son and his future wife have decided that Elton's "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" will be there wedding song. I would love to go to see Elton with them next year. I'm going to ask them if they want to go. We'll see what happens.
