Another New Jersey State Fair Sussex County Farm & Horse Show is in the books! What an action packed nearly week and a half. Then you look up at the calendar after Fair Week and say holy bleep August is almost over.
This Epic Weekend In Pictures will be more picture based. Long story short, today at our iHeartMedia Franklin office we've been having facility issues. Stuff leaking. I've already met a couple of new plumber friends and now am waiting on an HVAC person to fix our leaking air conditioner unit. Fun times!
My Ax throwing was an Epic Fail at The Fair. Last year I hit the bulls eye but the ax didn't stay in, so there's debate as to whether or not it counts as me hitting a bulls eye. Well, this time there was no debate. My throw was way too high. Several feet above the bull. Ugh. Ah well.
Friday nights when I'm done with my show from The Fair, it feels like a major weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Basically every weekday I would get to our radio station at 7:45am like normal, then by the time I'm done working I get home by 8 or 9. Some long days, that's for sure.

Going into the weekend I learned Friday afternoon that I would be filling in for Steve Andrews on 102.3 WSUS Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in addition to doing my show. More long days. I'm so ready for the next weekend!
