Two cities in the New Jersey have made it to the top five party cities in the United States, according to a recent study by BonusFinder.com. The research evaluated 101 US cities across 11 categories, including the number of nightclubs, casinos, music events, and average hotel prices. Atlantic City and Hoboken ranked first and third in the list respectively.

Atlantic City, often referred to as 'mini-Vegas' or 'America’s Playground,' came in first place with a perfect score of 10/10. The city is renowned for its bustling casinos and the world-famous Boardwalk. A significant factor contributing to its top rank is the lack of a last call at the bar, allowing party-goers to enjoy without any time constraints. The city also boasts relatively low hotel prices, averaging $116 per night. Popular party spots include the legendary Pool After Dark at Harrah’s Resort, which features an 86,000 gallon pool and hosts world-class entertainers every weekend.

Coming in third place is Hoboken, offering a vibrant nightlife. Despite its smaller population of around 58,000, Hoboken scored the highest in the number of bars, nightclubs, and late-night food venues relative to its population. It also benefits from its proximity to Manhattan, offering stunning waterfront views of the New York City skyline. Furthermore, drink and hotel prices in Hoboken remain lower than its New York and New Jersey counterparts.

Rounding out the top 5 cities were Miami Beach, Florida, Key West, Florida, and Miami, Florida. Two other New Jersey cities made the list, with Jersey City at number 13 and Newark at number 15.

The researchers calculated the number of bars, hotels, nightclubs, casinos, strip clubs, and late-night food venues per 10,000 people to rank each city. They also took into account factors like the average price of a drink, average hotel room price, average taxi cost from the airport to the city center, and the last call at the bar.
