The 2025 Prudential North to Shore Festival will bring a mix of comedy and music to New Jersey this summer. Announced on Tuesday (March 4) at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark, the festival will feature headliners like comedians Jon Stewart, Pete Davidson, Amy Poehler, and Tina Fey, as well as rock bands Stone Temple Pilots and Third Eye Blind. The festival will run from June 14 to June 29, spanning Atlantic City, Asbury Park, and Newark.

This year marks the third annual North to Shore Festival, which was conceived in 2023 by Governor Phil Murphy and First Lady Tammy Murphy to showcase New Jersey as a hub for arts and innovation. The festival has grown significantly, attracting over 500,000 attendees and generating more than $25 million from ticketed events in its first two years.

In addition to the headliners, the lineup includes performances by Bleachers, George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, Gregory Porter, Jack’s Mannequin, Josh Johnson, Natalia Lafourcade, Slightly Stoopid, Streetlight Manifesto, and The String Cheese Incident.

The festival is produced by the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in collaboration with partners like Montclair Film, Madison Marquette, and the New Jersey Symphony. Governor Murphy described the festival as a celebration of New Jersey's diversity and creativity, while NJPAC President John Schreiber emphasized its focus on comedy and music.

The festival also supports community initiatives, with a portion of ticket sales benefiting Growing Healthy Pantries, a partnership addressing food security in New Jersey. Tickets for the festival go on sale Friday (March 7).
