If you already own a home or townhouse in Sussex County this is good news. If you're trying to buy real estate here it's going to be a little tougher. According to data just released by Realtor.com the median price of a home in Sussex County was up 4.3 percent year over year from August of 2024 to August of 2025. The median price of a home in Sussex County is $438,000. The price of a condominium or townhome shot up more than 17 percent over the same period. The median price of a condominium or townhome in Sussex Coumty is now $282,000.
