Late yesterday Sussex County Department of Human Services Director Joan Bruseo announced the totals for our annual Stuff the Bus food drive. Donation Boxes have been out at Sussex County Shop Rite Stores, Provident Bank locations and Tire King in Sussex. This past weekend all three of our Sussex County I Heart Radio Stations were at Shop Rite Stores making one last push for donations. Busses were outside each store with Social Services employees and volunteers helping load them. This year you helped us pack 6 busses! Plus donations of 330 Turkeys, 47 hams and 30 lasagnas. This month alone the Sussex County Department of Social Services Food Pantry will assist more than 450 families. If you are facing food insecurity they ca help. No questions asked. They just need your name and address. Thank You for your incredible generosity this year!
