Alex and his friend Hamilton have such a sad backstory. But like so many cats with tragic beginning, they are so affectionate and friendly and just looking for love - help give them a second chance! Alex is around 7 and came to us from local Animal Control. His story is hard to hear, but he came from a home of abuse and we are just thankful that this sweet boy is with us today. If you are looking for a cat to be your shadow, we don't think you'll need to look much further than Alex! One thing about Alex is that he doesn't seem to pick up on social cues from other cats. He wants to be friends with EVERYONE - human and feline - even when they don't want to be his friend. Even his housemate Hamilton gets fed up with his affection sometimes. But luckily, Alex knows how to keep himself busy with a jingly ball! We think he would do fine in any home - he's been around cats but we don't think he's met kids or dogs yet, but as long as they're going to love him and be his friend, we think he'll be perfectly happy!
