The Franklin Borough Police are reporting they've arrested a 20 year old man from Newark for sexually assaulting a minor. Wardin Rigoberto Medina, Jr allegedly sexually assaulted an underage girl in her residence sometime around September 13th. The incident was reported to police last Friday.
The investigation by detectives lead to Medina. He was arrested in Newark where he lives. He is currently in the Sussex County jail awaiting a hearing.
