The last time we had a live Kids Christmas Concert Series performance at our WSUS studios was almost 3 years ago. Thanks to COVID 19 the past two years all of the performances on 1023 WSUS were pre-recorded and virtual. This year we are brining 14 local school choruses and bands back to the radio station to perform live. Thanks to the support of Visions Federal Credit Union and Newton Medical Center.
We love it, the kids love it and their teachers love it! Yesterday we started at 8 o'clock with a fantastic performance from Wallkill Valley Regional High School's Advanced Choir. Then at 8:35 The Merriam Avenue School Chorus performed 6 songs including "Mr. Grinch" they're clear favorite! Here is the rest of the performance schedule. I have room for a couple more schools. So if your son or daughter performs in a school band or chorus let their teacher know.
