Less than six months after claiming their $1 Million lottery prize a couple in Ocean County hit for big bucks again. They decided to take some of the winnings and buy even more scratch offs. They have two small children and enjoy scratching off their tickets after the kids go to bed. This time one of those New Jersey Lottery scratch offs was a $3 Million winner! The couple chose to remain anonymous. They did tell reporters that they have a third child on the way.
